INSTALLATION PATH

Employees that choose this path should enjoy operating machinery such as a digger derrick, bucket truck, mini excavator, loop saw, cut off saw and dump trailer. This employee will thrive in a larger group setting with the ability to lead larger groups through promotions. This employee will also be responsible for installation and learning of all aspects of traffic signal technology and street lighting devices. This position includes, project layout, foundation, pole, loop, cabinet, conduit, signal, and wire installation. Crew sizes are typically 2-10 people. Typical hours 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Some weekend and night work may be required. Additional Overtime offered when available. Travel may be required, with per diem compensation.

MAINTENANCE PATH

Employees that choose this path should enjoy troubleshooting and learning all aspects of traffic signal and street lighting installation and technology. Employee should be able to work from a bucket truck. This position includes signal and lighting, preventative maintenance, upgrading existing equipment, installing new signal and ITS devices such as radar, CCTV, video detection, networking devices and all components of the 332,334,336 and Nema cabinets. Crew sizes are typically 2-3 people. Typical hours 7AM-5PM Monday through Friday. Some weekend and night work may be required. Additional Overtime offered when available. Travel may be required, with per diem compensation.
